Your first order with us will be on proforma basis. Please note that we will send you a Proforma invoice and payment information on separate email.

after payment is received we will despatch your order within  1 working day for next day delivery.

As for next orders or account holders- you will be on 14 days account with us.

If there is an issue with your order you will have 7 days from recipient to notify us via email with image of the problem. We will issue a credit note or send a replacement.

All of our jewellery comes on our own branded carding. We recommend keeping the jewellery on the carding in order to increase your sales.
